Once you place an order, you authorise us to process your payment and begin creating your custom garment. Please ensure that the information (e.g., garment type, design, etc.) you provide is accurate, as we are not responsible for errors in your design or specifications.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices on the website are displayed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST, where applicable. Payment for all orders is due at the time of purchase. We accept payment via all majopr cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible; however, delivery times may vary depending on your location and the type of product ordered. Delivery costs will be calculated during checkout based on the shipping method you select. You will be notified when your order is dispatched, and tracking details will be provided.

5. Returns and Refunds

As all products are custom-made, we have a strict no-returns policy. However, if your garment arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. You may be asked to return the damaged garment for us to process your refund.

- Damaged Garments: Please provide images of the damage. We may cover the cost of return shipping.

- Incorrect Design or Printing: If the design is not as per your order (e.g., poor quality, incorrect print), please notify us within 30 days. We do not offer refunds for poor quality resulting from user-uploaded files (e.g., pixelation).

- Wear and Tear: Over time, garments may experience natural wear and tear. Proper care can extend the lifespan of your garment.

All designs, logos, and content on our website are protected by copyright laws and belong to NASA Wear, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from this website without our explicit permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of the use of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. We are not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of ordering.
