Welcome to our Online Designer! Below are answers to our most commonly asked questions to help guide you through the process of designing and ordering your custom apparel.


 

1. How long does it take to receive my order?

Our standard turnaround time is 1–2 weeks from when your artwork is approved and payment is received. We aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.

 


 

2. Where do you ship from and how?

All orders are shipped from our studio in Adelaide, South Australia, using reliable TNT Express shipping. We deliver Australia-wide.

 


 

3. What brands are available in the Online Designer?

Our Online Designer features a curated range of high-quality products from AS Colour and JB’s Wear.
Looking for something different? We can quote items from all major Australian suppliers via our main website.

 


 

4. Can I upload my own logo or artwork?

Absolutely! You can upload your own logo directly into the Online Designer.
For the best print results, we recommend using original vector files (e.g. .ai, .eps, or .pdf).
We can also work with high-resolution images, but please note:


👉 We do not take responsibility for quality issues related to low-res artwork.

 


 

5. What’s the minimum order?

We have no minimum quantity, but a minimum order value of $100 + GST (excluding shipping) applies.

 


 

6. Can I order a sample?

Yes, you can order samples! However, the $100 + GST minimum still applies.
If you'd like to test an item first or check sizing, let us know before ordering.

 


 

7. What is your returns policy?

Because all items are custom made, we have a strict no return policy.

 


 

8. Can I see a proof before my order is made?

Yes – our team will send through a final artwork proof for approval before production begins. Nothing is printed until you give the go-ahead.

 


 

9. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

Yes, we do! If you're planning larger or ongoing orders, check out our Wholesale Program for access to discounted pricing, faster turnarounds, and more.

 


 

10. What if I need help designing?

No worries! If you’re unsure or stuck, our team is here to help with layout adjustments, colour matching, and artwork advice. Just reach out!
