Returns Policy
As all of our garments are custom-decorated to your specifications, we have a strict no-returns policy. However, we understand that issues can arise, and we want to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below:
1. Damaged or Faulty Garments
If your garment arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 30 days of purchase. You can request a refund or exchange by reaching out to our customer service team. Please include photos of the damage so we can process your request as quickly as possible.
In some cases, we may request that you return the damaged garment before we issue a refund or exchange. Shipping costs for returning damaged items will be covered by us.
2. Incorrect Printing or Design
If the design on your garment is noticeably different from what you ordered (e.g., poor quality printing, incorrect colors), please contact us within 30 days with images of the issue. However, if the design quality matches the file you provided and the result is as expected, it will not be considered grounds for a refund (e.g., pixelation or poor-quality images from your original file).
3. Wear and Tear
Please note that over time, garments will naturally experience some wear and tear, including fading, peeling, or cracking of the print. This is especially true if the garment is regularly washed or worn. To extend the life of your custom garment, we recommend following the care instructions provided, including washing in cold water, inside out, and air-drying whenever possible. Proper care can help preserve the design and increase the longevity of your garment.
4. Custom Orders
Due to the nature of our custom garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that were made to order, unless the item is damaged or defective as stated above. Please double-check your order and design before confirming your purchase.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges on custom garments, as each item is made to order. However, if there is an issue with the quality of the garment or the print, please get in touch, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
